This 'Super' wine yeast does exactly what it says on the tin. I am an experienced Home Wine brewer and can say that I have never had a failed fermentation using this yeast. I like to make my Home Made Wine at a temperature of 28 centigrade and this yeast performs really well under those conditions. It is also good value for money and goes a long way.

I just dry pitched this in a gallon melomel with around 2lbs of blueberries/cherries on top of 3.5lbs of orange blossom just to give it a challenge. It fermented to 0.996 in FIVE DAYS! Hungry beast! It did continue for another week very slowly to hit 0.992 ( I didn't step feed as I didn't want to push the abv too high, just wanted to test it) It includes DAP and bentonite, so less tasks to cover while pitching. I did add another half teaspoon of bentonite just because its a whole fruit melomel so I expect some pulpiness to leak from the muslin bag. This is cold crashing at the moment so fingers crossed for some clarity after racking (using a bucket so can't judge at the moment)
