Item arrived promptly Everything to start the process is included. Instructions were almost complete , could have done with some info about what to do before starting the process (sterilise the bucket etc.) as it's advertised as a total beginners kit. I'd recommend you do the following BEFORE you start the process. 1. Fill the bucket with 4.5l of warm water (tap water will do). 2. Mark the bucket on the outside where it's filled up to. 3. Disolve 2 teaspoons of the sterilising powder into the warm water. 4. Put the air lock inside the bucket and put the the lid on , cover the hole and swish it around so all surfaces are covered, Leave for 15 minutes. 5. Empty out the sterilising fluid and wash out the bucket and air lock in cold water to remove the sterilising fluid. THEN follow the included instructions. After you have followed the instructions, you can then top off the bucket with cold water using the fill line you marked on the bucket. Otherwise the instrctions are fairly clear and it worked flawlessly.
